Daniel Corbeil, born in Val-d’Or in 1960, holds a master’s degree in visual arts from Université du Québec à Montréal. His work has been shown at Maison des Arts in Laval, the AXENÉO7 center in Gatineau, Quebec City’s Galerie des arts visuels, and Musée d’art contemporain des Laurentides in Saint-Jérôme. In addition to winning the Prix Graff in 2007, Corbeil has seen his works added to the collections of Musée national des beaux-arts du Québec, Musée régional de Rimouski, and the National Gallery of Canada. He lives and works in Montreal.
