Inspired by a true story, this installation-performance evokes the memories of a traumatic event. Through them, Vicky Sabourin immerses viewers in a world at once luminous and dark.

Vicky Sabourin

Vicky Sabourin attended the École supérieure des beaux-arts de Marseille before being awarded a degree in visual arts from Université Laval and a master’s degree from Concordia University. She has had several solo exhibitions, in particular at the Circa art actuel centre (Montreal, 2013), the Struts Gallery (New Brunswick, 2015) and the Hamilton Artists Inc. centre (Hamilton, 2016). She has also participated in group exhibitions in Canada, Portugal and France in addition to performances in Quebec City and the United States.
