Chun Hua Catherine Dong

Husbands and I, 2009-2011

Performance and installation

Husbands and I conveys a reality shared by many people who, like the artist, left their homeland to settle abroad. With a touch of humour, the work depicts a female immigrant striving to create bonds of love and belonging within her new community.
