Selected for the distinctive quality and nature of his work and for an artistic approach relating to the theme Catastrophe, Salvatore Arancio is contributing to enriching this unique North American event.
Salvatore Arancio was born in Italy in 1974, and currently lives and works in London. He graduated from the MA program in Fine Art Photography at the Royal College of Art in London in 2005. His work been included in numerous group exhibitions since, including Prague Biennale 4, 2009; I Giovani Che Visitano Le Nostre Rovine Non Vi Vedono Che Uno Stile, GAM: Galleria d’Arte Moderna e Contemporanea, Turin, Italy, 2009; Art Futures 2008 and Art Futures 2007, Bloomberg Space, London; Nul, Foxy Production, New York, 2007; New Contemporaries 06, The Coach Shed, A Foundation, Liverpool and Club Row, Rochelle School, London, 2006.
